About Deborah Weiss

My Client-First Philosophy

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

As a graduate of Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, I received this degree as a part-time student while raising two children.  In 2002 I purchased four "Curves for Women" franchises and successfully had them running at a profit within eight months. After selling them all by 2005, I obtained my Real Estate license and began purchasing homes for renovation and resale.  As a licensed general contractor in the State of New Jersey I am able to bring in depth home construction knowledge to my clients with respect to anticipated repairs and realistic home values. In 2008, however I began focusing on Short Sales due to the recent changes in market conditions.  I obtained my certification through the National Association of Realtors and received the SFR designation;  aka "Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource". In June 2010 I obtained my Brokers License and in July 2010 became a title producer. May of 2012 I became a Licensed Real Estate Instructor in the State of New Jersey.

In my spare time, aside from raising two daughters I donate my time as event coordinator for various charities.  I am also a  Board Member of the Northern Chamber of Commerce, and currently in charge of Networking Events.

I believe my educational background, coupled with my hands-on experience and above all sense of charity make me an educated and compassionate person with whom you can rely on to handle all your Real Estate needs.
